Flux AI Image Detector

Flux images can look like ordinary photos, and they rarely carry signed provenance. Slop or Not reads what metadata there is, then scores the pixels with a classifier trained on millions of human and AI images when no readable provenance or watermark resolves the file. Online checks run on Numen's private Mac server, away from outside AI companies, and are deleted after processing.

The only AI image detector that reads Google DeepMind's SynthID watermark from both Google and OpenAI images.

Google's own detector checks only Google's images. OpenAI's checks only OpenAI's. Slop or Not reads both.

AI detection is probabilistic. Results can vary with new AI models and evasion methods. A real photo edited with AI tools can be flagged as AI.

Flux AI Image Detector Questions

Can Slop or Not detect Flux images?

It checks for generation metadata and visual AI signals that can survive export. Confidence depends on image quality, compression, cropping, and what happened to the file after generation.

Is Flux detection different from Stable Diffusion detection?

The workflow is similar, but Flux images have their own visual patterns and source context. Use the Flux detector when that model family is the likely source, and use the broad AI image detector when you are not sure.

Does it need the original file?

Original files usually carry more evidence because metadata and image detail survive. Screenshots and compressed copies can still be checked, but the result may be less certain.
