English uses Flesch Reading Ease and Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level; German uses Wiener Sachtextformel; Spanish uses Flesch-Szigriszt; Italian uses GULPEASE; Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian use LIX. The scores estimate how hard text is to read; they do not estimate whether AI wrote it. Scores are approximate.

Watermark reads from C2PA and IPTC metadata
Many AI image generators stamp provenance signals into the file. Slop or Not reads two open standards: C2PA (used by OpenAI's image generation) and IPTC (used by Google and most major AI image tools). When a watermark is present, the verdict is 100% accurate.
